Another flaw, Google, bad boy!

Blogger seems to use the title of the post as part of the url in the permalink for a post. This is very...thoughtless of Google as opposed to other blogging platforms like Wordpress etc, where a postid is put first and then words from the title.
Although I haven't tested it, but this would mean that a person can't write two posts with the same title on the same day as the only differentiating factors in the permalink are the date, month, and the title. I know this is not a common occurrence, but this is restricting the user to conformity!
